The pure essential oil of Sandalwood has been used for centuries as an incense. Its aroma has a way of quieting the mind and settling the breath. Personally, this is my favorite oil. I use it as a perfume and always appreciate the calm it brings to me. It’s grounding, soothing, and strengthening. Very good for the skin. Immuno-stimulant. Awesome for sore throat.

I made this blend for a friend for an evening of relaxation along with healing for her dry skin, eczema and allergies. Sedative action makes this a great product to use at night in the bath.

Directions: Soak in nice warm bath water using 1~2 tbls. of salts. Suggestion ~ Close shower curtain or door and soak up the steam.

A bath with Juniper Berry and salts is just the thing if you are an athlete with tired, sore muscles! Also prevents and/or relieves chronic rheumatic pain and swelling. Juniper Berry's detoxifying effects are outstanding. Helpful in relief of edema, lymph congestion, bloating, varicose veins, and fluid retention. Analgesic. Restorative. Creates circulation and warmth. Relieves spasms and cramps.
This particular essential oil of Rosemary (verbenone chemotype) is especially good for congestion and creates circulation and warmth soothing sore muscles, aches, and pains just like the chemotype camphor but is not as stimulating.
