Research regarding the oil’s chemistry indicates that Black Spruce is a powerful anti-inflammatory oil.

  • I like to mix Black Spruce with my other conifer oils, add 5-6 drops to 1 ounce of oil or lotion, and apply to my lower back twice a day. Great for lower back pain and supports the adrenals.

As long as the oil is fresh, there are no specific safety concerns for this oil. If the oil is old and oxidized it could be irritating to the skin.
